- Smoke Detectors – Every business needs smoke detectors. These ones are wired for 24 hour operation and continue to work even when the business alarm system is turned off. They continuously sample the air detecting for any presence of smoke, if detected, an alarm is sounded to alert staff to evacuate.
- Reed Switches – Ideal as a commercial alarm system for after hours reed switches are magnetically operated. Two magnetic parts are fitted to windows or doors so that when they are opened, the magnetic parts are separated and the security alarm is activated.
- Passive Infra Red Detectors (PIR) – Detect any movement or a rapid change in temperature that is caused by body heat passing through the infra red beam.
- Duress Buttons – Also wired for 24 hour operation duress buttons can be wireless or ‘hard wired’. When the button is pressed the business alarm system is activated and an alarm is transmitted.
- Access Control – A great option for commercial security these devices control who enters any or all doors to your business.
- Beams – An ideal business alarm system for protecting the perimeter of your property, the infra red beams are placed along fence lines around your business and will detect any movement in the yard areas.
