Portland Night Patrol Services was established to meet the growing demand for security services in the Portland area. It is owned by Sectrol Systems Pty Ltd which was established by Ken Belsar in 1979 and incorporates Geelong Monitoring Services and Sectrol Security in Ballarat. With more than 30 years’ experience in the security services industry, the Sectrol Group are determined to deliver the same quality of security services and care with Portland Night Patrol Services.

The business has grown and now employs staff of around 50 people including a service and installation team, sales, research, development, manufacturing and security services. Operating 365 days a year, the business uses an Australian Standard monitoring and control centre that monitors approximately 3000 clients, 24 hours a day throughout Ballarat, Geelong, Portland and regional Victoria.
